Azealia Banks removed from headlining Born & Bred festival.

All eyes are on Azealia Banks this morning following her tirade against a number of things.

The 24 year old US rapper appears to have an issue with UK culture, grime music, UK rap, Zayn Malik and Skai Jackson.

The fued began with Azealia expressing that she thought Zayn Malik had copied a lot of the themes from one of her music videos for one of his own. The two artists replied to one another before the argument escalated and Azelia sent back a tirade of racist, homophobic and sexist tweets to the UK solo artist.

Azealia then went on to talk trash about the UK music scene, her distaste for grime music and how she believes UK rappers are sub par to US rappers. During the arguments she responded to a number of UK artists and DJ’s, belittling the UK music scene.

This has led to Azealia being removed from her headline slot at Born & Bred festival.

See below some of her tweets detailing what she thinks of the UK culture. We haven’t included all of the homophobic, racist and sexist tweets because of their explicit nature. But you can check them out on her twitter, if you want to get an understanding of the full story. @AzealiaBanks

Several of her tweets have now been removed from Twitter due to their explicit nature.

Azealia’s name has now been removed from the Born & Bred website and from the line up.
