Just when you thought this weekend wasn’t already exciting enough with the grand opening of London’s newest superclub, Printworks, Skream drops the news that many eager fans have been waiting to hear for the last five years.
He’s going to be making 140 BPM tracks again. He’s going to be making dubstep.
I’m definitely gonna write some 140 stuff again, but like my old old stuff

The genre that brought the Croydon extraordinaire into the limelight and paved way for his monumental journey into DJ stardom, dubstep and Skream go together like Glaswegians and Buckfast. It’s a match made in heaven, and one that has the internet electrified with anticipation.
@I_Skream yes!!!!!!!! 🙌🏻

Don’t get us wrong, we’ve been in absolute admiration for everything Skream has created since his dubstep days. The disco vibes, Rollercoaster, Of Unsound Mind, Boiler Rooms and B2B’s, Oliver Jones seems to exceed in every outlet he puts his mind to.
Which is why we’ve got nothing but genuine excitement for these new promised productions. We look forward to seeing what 2017 holds for Skream and can’t wait to hear his new material.
